COMPETITIONS

• By submitting a photo, participants retain copyright of their work but grant ContentCrewUK a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the photo in any media for promotional, advertising, and other related purposes.

• Participants are responsible for obtaining releases from any identifiable individuals appearing in their photos.

• Limitation of Liability: ContentCrewUK is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions.

• Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfillment.

• Content Restrictions: Entries must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.

ENTRY RULES

Photo Requirements:

• Photos must be in JPG/PNG

• File size should not exceed 15 MB.

• Photos must be original works taken by the submitter.

• Images submitted must be entirely the work of the submitter. This includes the original capture of the image and any post-processing or editing.

• Minor editing, such as colour correction and cropping, is permitted. However, heavily manipulated images or photo composites will be disqualified.
